Carmel Beach

What a gorgeous beach! This was my first experience at a northern California beach and aside from the FREEZING cold water, it was picture perfect. We could see Pebble Beach Golf Course off in the distance; the coastline was beautiful and sand was nice and clean. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Kennedy made a beeline straight for the water as soon as we got there. The temperature of the water never seemed to bother her.....she's more daring than me, that's for sure. I dipped my toes in, and that was enough. Good thing dad was there to brave the water with her. :) Then after discovering how fun playing in the sand was, she didn't have much desire to go back to the water. :)

Poor girl was exhausted by the time we left. She fell asleep within minutes of getting to the car.
